Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged through your Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe account
• Payment will be charged at the rate you selected at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription will renew automatically 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You will receive a notification before renewal

Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Through your Apple App Store account settings
• Android: Through your Google Play Store account settings
• Web: Through your account preferences or Stripe billing portal

When you cancel:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period
• After your subscription ends, you may revert to a free tier with limited features

Refund Policy

• All sales are final
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Stripe policies
• For App Store purchases, contact Apple directly for refund requests
• For Google Play purchases, contact Google directly for refund requests
• For web purchases, contact us at support@nash9.com within 14 days

Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices
• You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance
• Price changes will not affect your current subscription period
• If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription

5. Acceptable Use

10. Termination

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• We are required to do so by law
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

If we terminate your account, any active subscription will be refunded on a pro-rata basis according to the policies of your payment provider.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
